I'm going to remain in Goldenrod City for now. I want to see what kind of information on Team Rocket I can dig up here. Especially on what degree of control, if any, they have on the radio tower.

In that case, it's fortunate that I'm good at both kinds of task. After all, there's no such thing as a truly unassailable stronghold.

Before I do anything, though, I want to hear what other people have discovered. The more information we have, the better.

Report what you find as soon as you can. Taking back the tower may be a priority at some point.

I will. And either way, we need to take that tower back sooner or later. Control of the radio waves is something we shouldn't allow to persist.

Especially when we have no way of knowing exactly what they're capable of with that power. [sigh.] Tell someone before you go in, if you do. We'll all be better off knowing if we need to stage a rescue or not.

I'm certain I will if I kick over the right stones. There's been too much Rocket activity in Goldenrod for them to not have something here, and I'm certain that they also have control over the radio tower.

Good to know someone has. [yes, that was a frown in her tone.] Charging ahead recklessly causes more trouble than it fixes.

Of course, the opposite is also a problem. A person can't be too worried about potential risks to go on the offensive.

You're right. But there's a time for everything, and you're more likely to come through alive if you at least have some kind of plan in place. [pause, then a snort.] Provided that plan survives first contact with the enemy, anyway.

And if it doesn't, then you look at the weaknesses and find ways to cover them so the same thing doesn't happen twice.

I will try to see what I can find here in Violet. If I remember correctly, Team Rocket did damage here not long ago.

What are you planning on doing as far as finding that out goes?

If you get the chance and have ways to cover those weaknesses. Sometimes you only get one shot, so you have to make it count. [hence the planning and the waiting until there's more intel before she herself makes a move. Too much at stake to be reckless.]

You're planning on going in alone, right?
