Hey, I've been curious. Has anybody spent a lot of time in New Bark Town? I've never even spent a night there, and in my experience, most other people brought here are much the same. I was just wondering if anybody was more thorough in their time there.

On that note, I'm going to New Bark Town. I think the town is well overdue for a thorough investigation. I don't want any of you coming with me; the fewer people do this, the better, and I'm versed enough in stealth that I can do it without detection. I wanted to let you know because you deserve to know. Call me if there are any problems in my absence.

No. In addition, Team Rocket has the same system for bringing people in -- there's no explanation for why they end up elsewhere otherwise. If we can figure out what it is, we can develop a way to counter it -- or maybe even send people home.
